📍 Legislative Reforms

The Protection of Interest in Aircraft Objects Bill, 2025 aligns India with global leasing practices, reducing costs. The Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam 2024 replaces the 1934 Act to promote Make in India and ease licensing.
