About the Anubhav Awards
The Anubhav Awards were instituted by the Department of Pension & Pensioners’ Welfare in March 2015, following the directions of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. The initiative encourages retiring and retired government employees to share their experiences, thereby creating a repository of institutional knowledge for future governance.
2025 Highlights:
- 1,459 write-ups submitted from 42 Ministries/Departments/Organizations.
- Inclusion of Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and Public Sector Banks (PSBs) for the first time.
- 5 Anubhav Awards and 10 Jury Certificates to be conferred.
- Award ceremony scheduled for August 18, 2025, to be presided over by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Union Minister of State.
